End-of-stay cleaning and water and electricity consumption are included in the price. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided on arrival and for the duration of your stay, with the option to have it changed for an additional fee (€15/person).
Pets are not allowed. Private, enclosed car park. Swimming pool open from 9am to 8pm, heated in low season, reserved for guests of the residence.
Tourist tax: €0.90 per person per day. Free for children under 12.
One-off or daily cleaning during your stay is available at an additional cost:
- Studio €30 per day
- One-bedroom flat €45 per day
- Two-bedroom flat €60 per day

Departure before 10am.
Prices are in euros per night, including all taxes.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, American Express, bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers, cash. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations made at least 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
For cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before arrival, an amount equivalent to 50% of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
No refund will be made in the event of early departure.
